Bill Robbins was wonderful to work with! We relocated to Columbus from out of state in August 2014. We did a lot of online searches and could tell that homes in Columbus were selling very quickly. We first contacted Gledhill Robbins through their website on a Sunday morning, not expecting any response until Monday. Bill actually called us that same day, quickly gained an understanding of what we were looking for, and we made arrangements to view a few properties later in the week when we were in Columbus. The next day our plans changed and we ended up having some time to look at houses that Monday. Bill was able to get us into 4 houses that were not even on the market yet!

He even showed us a couple houses on the 4th of July because we happened to be in town and available to look. He never wasted our time showing us homes that would not work for us. He has vast knowledge of the Columbus area (we were focused on Bexley and German Village) and his advice on neighborhoods and pricing was invaluable. He was always very timely in his responses to our numerous questions. He is honest, ethical, and thorough in his explanations. His use of email and web based documents made it so easy to sign offers and other documents quickly from several states away.
